The Guntersville Police Department says they responded to a drowning victim Friday.
According to the Marshall County coroner, a Black man in his 50s, who is not from the area, was located by citizens in the lake about 11 a.m. in the 1900 block of Sunset Drive.
The coroner says there is currently no suspicion of foul play.
Police and the coroner are no longer on the scene at this time.
