Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin AL, Jackson, Lauderdale,
Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern
middle Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN,
Lincoln and Moore.
* WHEN...Through 7 AM Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An extended period of moderate to heavy rainfall will occur
across the Tennessee Valley due to multiple rounds of showers
and thunderstorms associated with Tropical Storm Francine. 2
to 5 inches of rainfall is forecast across the Tennessee
Valley through Saturday morning, with locally higher amounts
as high as 7 to 10 inches possible underneath the heaviest
rainbands.
