* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,
Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence,
Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern middle
Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin, Lincoln and
Moore.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected through
Saturday night. Storm total rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches
of rainfall are forecast across the Tennessee Valley, with
locally higher amounts of 8 to 10 inches possible underneath
the heaviest rainbands.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
