Thursday Forecast

Isolated rain moves into North Alabama around dinnertime, becoming stronger rain and more widespread overnight and into Friday morning. Friday features scattered on-and-off rain throughout the day, so keep the rain jacket handy! Rain moves out of our way by late dinnertime on Friday but returns, with even stronger showers on Saturday morning.

Saturday will be quite the washout with widespread rain and a few, non-severe, thunderstorms staying with us all day. Late afternoon and through the evening will bring the heaviest of that rain. Sunday returns to an on-and-off rain pattern with the heaviest of that coming, yet again, in the evening.

Isolated drizzle sticks around Monday morning before we finally see the sunshine return next workweek with high temperatures in the 50s.

THURSDAY: Cloudy skies. Highs near 60. Wind: SSE 10-15 mph.

TONIGHT: Rain moving in. Lows in the low 50s. Wind: SSE 5-10 mph.
